Offline-First Field Operations Platform
Delivery drivers work for hours with no connectivity, then sync. The hard problem is not the sync, it is what happens when the field and the office disagree.
I build systems that survive contact with reality and I sit in the room where they're scoped. Tech Lead at Vodex IT Solutions, Baghdad. I ship production systems end to end: distributed sync engines, multi-tenant SaaS, real-time fleet platforms, IoT engineering, system integrations, payment rails. I also scope them directly with clients through meetings and coordinate delivery across teams in Canada, the US, India, China, Egypt, and Algeria alongside the in-house development. I don't claim my systems scale. I load-test them until they break, find out why, fix it, and publish the numbers. I threat-model my own systems from the attacker's side — the OWASP API Top 10 aren't a checklist I read, they're what I try against my own endpoints before shipping.

A pharmacy management system that keeps selling when the internet drops, then reconciles every till operation exactly once when it returns.
Rent a scooter or e-bike from an app: scan the QR, the physical lock opens over cellular, ride, park in a permitted zone, pay by the minute from a prepaid wallet.
A three-sided digital marketplace: a supplier catalogue of tens of thousands of listings, kept in sync, priced in local currency, sold through a payment gateway with automated key delivery.
Two-sided marketplace for architecture and design work: the platform holds the money until delivery is confirmed, with bidding happening in real-time chat.
A complete restaurant operating system on one multi-tenant backend: customer ordering, driver dispatch, owner dashboard and point of sale.
The areas I focus on at staff level: distributed systems, event streaming, observability, orchestration, CI/CD, API design, testing, cloud, security. Each closed with something running.
