Event Ticketing Platform
Ticket booking for events and workshops, with QR-based validation at the door and local payment rails.
Problem
Event organisers were selling tickets by message and validating them by name at the door, which is slow, disputable, and trivially duplicated.
Approach
Built the platform end to end as co-founder: booking flow, local payment integration, and a QR scanning path that validates a ticket over a secured API fast enough for a real queue. Security and performance were treated as first-order concerns rather than a later pass, because a ticket system that can be forged has no product.
Outcome
Tickets sold through local payment rails and validated at the door by scan, with a record of what was issued and used.
